He addresses the unique needs of top leaders – focusing on your interests, your challenges, your needs, and your opportunities. He’s committed to investing his life, energy and resources in advising, encouraging, growing, advantaging and developing God’s leaders – wherever they are.
Through his 1-to-1 customized service, Bill has provided hundreds of CEOs, board members, and senior executives personalized mentoring, consulting, and life-coaching to help that individual achieve their God-given potential, increase their performance, regain clarity, accelerate their leadership effectiveness, and strengthen them as a leader … and as a person.
He also provides customized executive team training and development, and teaches a Personal & Professional Training Day for leadership/management development for organizations.
Bill conducts custom Board training retreats – to help optimize Board/CEO relationships, develop stronger boardsmanship, and build consequential, high-performance boards.
With 38 years experience in executive leadership, including 24 years as a President & CEO, and having served on the board of over 15 organizations, Bill brings a wealth of working knowledge, proven experience, and seasoned wisdom.
